The San Mames stadium is quite some structure. It's known by the locals as 'La Catedral' (The cathedral). Its current evolution was completed in 2013 and hold 53,000k. Set in the heart of Bilbao it's a stark contrast to the local architecture.
It's been great to learn about the club and paint this scene. I think I've captured it well. Once id sorted out the complexity of the twisted elements of the facade it was all quite easy to do in a few days.
It's back to the national leagues for the next one.
