What are your delivery options?

We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders! All purchases are posted Royal Mail First class signed for as standard for UK customers there is the option to trade up to Royal Mail Special Delivery at Checkout. (We offer free postage to the destinations classed by the Royal Mail as UK. These include England, Scotland, Wales, the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man).
 
All Overseas orders are dispatched Royal Mail Standard International
Can I Have My Print Customised?
Unfortunately, A customisation of image service is not available. This includes adding shirt numbers and names, adding or changing people or any other aspect of the original painting
When will I receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) and you should expect Royal Mail to deliver your order within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays.
How do I return an item?
In the first instance please email us with any issues regarding a return or missing parcel. Either use the Contact form above or email andrew@andrewrobinsonart.com.  If you send an email, you will get an answer back from us the same day, guaranteed.
 
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

If you are not happy with your item or changed your mind, You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price if it is returned within 14 days. (Buyer pays for the return shipping cost). We suggest using a trackable method as we can’t issue a refund until we receive the product back and it is in good condition. However; if the item is not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.

 

Do you use plain packaging as my order is a surprise birthday present?

All our products are dispatched in unbranded packaging so if you are buying one of our products as a gift the is no chance of having a surprise spoiled.
