Old Grounds vs New Arenas Which Stadiums Win Fans Hearts
Some football grounds feel alive before anyone has even kicked a ball. You hear the turnstiles click, smell the onions from a burger van, squeeze through a narrow concourse, then climb steps that generations of fans have climbed before. The view might be awkward. The seat might have less legroom than a bus shelter. The toilets might be best described as character building. Still, plenty of fans would not swap it. That is the heart of the traditional V's modern stadiums debate
